Return Policy & Instructions

At Altitude GPS Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30  days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Returns Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Some items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Downloadable software products.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Return Process:
     

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer service email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Once you have received your RMA number, please carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the item(s) back to us at the following address: [Company Name] [Return Address] [City, State, Zip Code]

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

 

Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items:
